We are a 3rd generation family owned Christian business started by my grandfather Ben Pruitt Sr. Pruitt Transmissions has been serving Anderson, SC since 1959. Now owned by grandson Ray Pruitt with the help of his father Butch Pruitt.

We specialize in high performance, street, race, custom built transmissions, and stand alone computer controlled transmissions. After 60 years Pruitt’s ensures a safe and timely repair or rebuild on any domestic transmission.
Aftermarket transmissions and parts
Pruitt Transmissions stocks and sells many aftermarket transmission parts. We also have an inventory of old transmissions.
We also install remanufactured transmission assemblies such as Jasper and GM.
